About Iverley Tiling Services

Before starting up my own tiling business, I was Sales Director for my family business. I therefore have years of valuable experience of seeing how to treat the customer – and how not to.

I chose to start a tiling business, firstly for a new challenge, and secondly because I saw a gap in the market for reliable tradesmen who put the customer first.

I have built my business on the following values:

Hard Work – This is my business, so I am prepared to put in all the hard work necessary to produce the best job I can – not just the ‘quickest’.
Professionalism – I provide a typed up, FREE, no obligation quotation, breaking down the details of the job, so there are no surprises when the invoice is presented. I endeavour to get quotes to customers within 3 working days, and I am available by phone, mobile or email, so any queries can be addressed as soon as possible.
Reliable - unlike other tradesman, I WILL turn up for an appointment when I say I will (unless there are exceptional circumstances – in which case I will phone the customer). I will always do my best to make appointments to suit you.
